Aeron Group has numerous mechanical and hydraulic presses ranging
in capacity from 3 tons for small jobs all the way up to 1000 ton
hydraulic presses for much larger jobs. The sheer number of presses
at our disposal allows us to dedicate punching and stamping machinery
and tooling to a particular job, thus cutting down on set-ups and
passing along significant savings to our customers.
Our forming capabilities are diverse as well. We have the ability
to produce tooling to meet most needs. We also perform deep-draw
operations on conventional presses in addition to our rubber-pad
forming capabilities. Our rubber-pad forming operations, in conjunction
with our tooling department, allow us to produce sheet metal parts
with complex contours and angles.
Aeron Group has a dedicated engineering and tooling department that
is capable of using customer electronic design files for the development
of fabrication tooling, assembly tooling and inspection tooling.
Aeron Group works with each customer to determine the best file
format for electronic files to insure that design accuracy is maintained.
